Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk Monday - Friday, 6:45 am - 3:45 pm $19.00 per hour OT and some Saturdays as needed This is a hands‑on position that combines inventory management with physical work both indoors and outdoors. What You’ll Do: Create, prepare, and categorize inventory files for all incoming units. Physically count and log all units into the Inventory Management System. Identify and troubleshoot units and classify them for resale or recycle accordingly. Capture and maintain photograph inventory records for resale operations. Perform weekly inventory counts and inspections of equipment in storage. Update inventory records with any damages as necessary. Enter and correct data into manifests and BOLs to match inventory records. Finalize paperwork and perform quality checks on all inventory records. Pull oil samples and perform quality tests on equipment as needed. Communicate with team lead, employees, and customers on available inventory as needed. Other tasks as assigned. What you Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Experience with data entry or inventory preferred Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills Basic computer and data entry skills Physical Demands Stand and walk throughout the day. Frequently bend, crouch, and kneel. Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Work safely around heavy equipment while wearing required PPE.
