Crusoe operates across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services — each with its own drivers, capital intensity, and growth trajectory. This role works closely with the individual business-line finance teams, pulling their inputs into a single, coherent picture of how Crusoe is performing and where it's headed.You will own the company's consolidated forecast, budget, and long-range plan; run the monthly and quarterly close-to-report cadence; and build the systems and processes that let a rapidly scaling, capital-intensive business plan with precision. This is a role for someone who is energized by ambiguity, comfortable being the source of truth in the room, and ready to build the frameworks that don't yet exist.This role will build and lead a small team of analysts and managers over time, but will begin as a hands-on contributor who is directly in the model, in the deck, and in the room.What You'll Be Working On:Corporate Consolidation: Own the consolidated financial model across all business lines, integrating business-unit forecasts into a single, defensible enterprise viewPlanning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes end-to-end, setting the calendar, templates, and standards that business-line finance teams plan againstExecutive & Board Reporting: Build the monthly and quarterly financial narrative for the CFO, executive team, Board, and investors — translating consolidated results and variances into clear, decision-ready materialsCapital Allocation: Provide the analytical backbone for how Crusoe prioritizes capital across competing, capital-intensive growth opportunities, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysisVariance & Performance Analysis: Drive company-wide budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunitiesCross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between business-line FP&A teams, Accounting, Treasury, Corp Development and Investor Relations to ensure one consistent set of numbers across the companyProcess & Control Integrity: Ensure planning and reporting processes meet internal control standards and support audit and compliance requirements as Crusoe scalesWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Industry Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful time in corporate FP&A or central finance at a high-growth, capital-intensive company; experience in infrastructure, energy, data centers, or AI compute is a strong plusFinancial Mastery: Deep expertise in financial consolidation, long-range planning, and capital allocation frameworks, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis across multiple business linesSystems Fluency: Hands-on experience standing up or scaling FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, or equivalent) alongside advanced Excel proficiencyExecutive Communication: A track record of building materials for CFOs, executive teams, Boards, and investors, and the judgment to know what belongs on the page and what doesn'tCross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align finance leaders across disparate business lines around one set of numbers and one planning calendarLeadership Potential: Experience building and developing a high-performing team, or a clear track record of readiness to do soBonus PointsExperience operating in a vertically integrated company spanning both physical infrastructure (energy, manufacturing, construction) and software/cloud servicesPrior experience supporting fundraising, credit facilities, or investor reporting in a high-growth private companyBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $275,000 - $315,000 + Bonus.
