This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers, investors, lenders, and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction2-7 years of substantive transactional real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm (boutique firm experience considered)Experienced in representing lenders and borrowers, managing acquisitions and dispositions, overseeing real estate development, and navigating land use and zoning matters. Familiarity with real estate financing a plus.Being familiar with standard due diligence review and analysis—covering title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation—is a definite plus.Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skillsAbility to manage matters efficiently and independentlyProfessionalism: Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellenceKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing and zoning issuesAdvise clients oncommercial real estate financing structuresDraft, negotiate, and review real estate documentation, contracts and related real estate documentsManage matters independently and as part of larger teams, ensuring timely and efficient client serviceCommunicate directly with clients, providing strategic, business-focused guidanceCollaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutionsWhy Join Us?This position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized Real Estate practice that advises clients on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the country.
