Summer Office Assistant - Parking & DU Card Center (Work-Study Required)

Duquesne University

Pittsburgh, PA

Duties include:

Assisting customers, answering phones, taking ID pictures, troubleshooting card problems, issuing permits, taking payments, generating receipts, errands, and copying, typing and special projects.
Basic computer knowledge and previous customer service experience. Good communication skills and ability to work with the public. Position requires enthusiasm and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
