Fowler Care Center - Fowler Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. Schedule: Monday through Friday

8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Full-Time POSITION DESCRIPTION The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising nursing staff, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned hours. QUALIFICATIONS Makes Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care are preferred but not required. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
