Position Summary
Seeking a Production Planner / Production Control Specialist responsible for production planning, inventory management, SAP/MRP accuracy, shortage analysis, engineering project support, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain SAP production order release schedules
Perform shortage analysis and production order variance analysis
Review MRP execution and reconcile supply and demand
Manage ECO disposition and system audits
Participate in inventory control and WIP audits
Support engineering projects and material planning
Analyze inventory levels and expedite shortages
Drive cycle counting and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain experience
SAP, MRP, or ERP system knowledge preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Manufacturing experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
