Senior Production Planner

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner, highly detail-oriented manufacturing planner who can juggle multiple work orders and production dependencies, optimise bottlenecks and build short-term schedules that protect customer ship dates. Austin, TX Full-time | On-site You’ll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining production schedules and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) Balancing capacity, material availability, inventory, and customer demand Identifying and resolving material shortages and production constraints Monitoring production progress and protecting on-time delivery Managing and improving ERP/MRP planning data Supporting capacity planning, forward scheduling, lead-time analysis, and make-vs-buy decisions Working closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management What We’re Looking For 5+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations Experience within aerospace, space, defence, automotive, electronics, or complex manufacturing Strong ERP/MRP and/or MES experience Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment If you’re someone who can turn changing demand, materials, capacity, and priorities into a production plan that actually works — I’d love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr EVONA
