Senior Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage capital engineering projects from concept and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery.

• Provide technical engineering leadership, collaborating with operations, maintenance, reliability teams, vendors, and contractors to develop effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement, productivity, and reliability initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5-10 years of experience in project engineering, capital projects, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

• Strong project management skills with experience managing project budgets, capital forecasts, cost estimates, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, along with a basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment.

• Ability to manage contractors, support cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Pay Details: $62.00 per hour
