Position Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at building long-lasting client relationships, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. If you're passionate about events and have a talent for creating impactful experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract a diverse range of clients for events.
Meet and exceed sales targets through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify business opportunities and potential sales leads.
Leverage event technology and software for seamless event planning and sales management.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for events and guest experiences.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasting updates to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years' experience in event sales management or a related field.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with event technology and sales management software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events and guest experiences.
