Nurse Practitioner, Wound Clinic - Community Care Leader
Grand River Hospital District
Grand River Hospital District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Wound Clinic in Rifle, CO. The role covers direct patient care, assessments, and coordination with physicians in a clinic setting.
