Buyer- Revelyst Golf Technology

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team. Responsibilities Execute the supply plan by obtaining quotes for purchased items & services. Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for expected high-quality and on-time delivery. Cultivate and maintain strong partner relationships with vendors. Review quantitative KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report cards with vendors to maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL) status. Coordinate MRB (Material Review Board) defective item issues with vendors, including RMA (Return Material Authorization) or payment credits and corrective actions as required. Coordinate actions on ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) that affect vendor items, including scheduling of design change cut‑in scheduling, cost impact, and quality impacts. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and coordinate with R&D for any prototype and production buying actions. Review departmental purchase requisition requests for accuracy and appropriate approvals, and submit POs in support of the request. Assist the Purchasing Supervisor and Sourcing Manager on all strategic sourcing and cost reduction projects. Observe global supply‑chain trends and react accordingly in coordination with suppliers on existing POs. Perform other duties and tasks upon request from the Purchasing Supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required. Minimum of 1‑3 years of purchasing, logistics, or related experience. General purchasing, logistics, and ERP system knowledge and MS Office skills. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including negotiation with vendors. Highly motivated, accurate, and dependable; able to manage pressure and deadlines; work autonomously with moderate guidance. Ability to use prescribed guidelines and processes to solve material requirement needs. Physical ability to perform office and computer tasks on a daily basis and commitment to all safety policies. Compensation Pay Range: $71,500.00 - $94,600.00. The actual annual salary offered will be based on experience, location, education, and skills.
