Job Position: Forklift Operator
Location: Groveport, OH 43125 Pay Rate: $21.50/hr Shift: 1st ShiftDescription: Shift: First Shift, Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Overtime: Potential overtime opportunities on Mondays Position Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate 2 candidates to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, replenishing inventory, moving stock throughout the warehouse, and safely operating material-handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse equipment experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established warehouse procedures.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping activities as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required.
Experience operating warehouse equipment required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and dependable work history.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
