AI & Automation Operations Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks an AI & Automation Operations Manager to design and deploy AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and observability solutions across IT Operations and Service Management. The role focuses on advancing autonomous operations, improving incident resolution, and reducing operational risk while supporting a Digital Command Center.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered incident detection, triage, categorization, and automated remediation workflows
- Develop AI-enabled problem and change management capabilities including trend analysis and risk scoring
- Build self-healing and closed-loop remediation capabilities with governance controls for autonomous operations
- Serve as Incident Commander during high-severity incidents and lead cross-functional coordination efforts
- Create dashboards and metrics demonstrating operational efficiency gains and business value realization
Requirements
- 5+ years in monitoring, AIOps, observability, SRE, or IT operations
- 3+ years hands-on experience with observability agentic workflows and ServiceNow Agent Orchestrator
- Strong Splunk and Now Assist development and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, or similar automation languages
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and AI workflow design
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms and incident management processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership under pressure
Compensation: $102,000-$177,100 base
