What You’ll DoAs a Billing Specialist at Ragon Chiropractic, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our patients receive the best possible care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing patient billing processes with accuracy and efficiency for chiropractors, physical therapists and family practice nurse practitioners.
- Processing insurance claims and verifying coverage details.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and answering patient inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with billing regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to support overall office operations.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in billing or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with billing software and insurance processes is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
