Accounting Clerk

Hamilton Connections is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a local manufacturing co in New Britain. Hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F. Pay DOE $18.00 +.

Job Responsibilities:

Entering accounts payables in system
Review purchase requisitions ensuring accuracy of vendor codes, unit price, account details
Process purchase orders
Review/Run daily reports for shipping dept
Invoicing
Data Entry

Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

Computer literacy
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Functional capability with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with others
Must pass a pre employment DT and background check
