Finance Manager: Scale-Up Leader for International Growth

Finance Manager | Healthcare Company | Dusseldorf A fast-growing international healthcare group is seeking a Head of Finance / Finance Manager to join a small but scaling organisation. This role will take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in building the financial structure to support continued international growth (forecast revenue of €40m in 2027). Finance Manager Key Responsibilities: End-to-end responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Production Accounting Leadership of a small finance team (2 direct reports) and coordination of external accountants in Germany, Switzerland and the USA Financial leadership for the German production entity and the group’s HQ in the Düsseldorf region Ownership of monthly and quarterly closings, reporting and internal consolidation Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Weekly liquidity management and quarterly cash flow / cash burn reporting Driving digitalisation of finance processes and ERP rollout (SAGE partially implemented) Coordination of year-end closings under HGB, with exposure to IFRS / US GAAP Oversight of transfer pricing, internal controls and liaison with auditors, advisors and authorities Candidate Profile: Fluent in German and English Hands-on experience as a Finance Manager or Controller, ideally in an SME or scale-up environment Strong HGB knowledge; IFRS / US GAAP exposure a plus Comfortable working in a lean, high-growth organisation Experience with SAGE ERP or similar systems Proactive, structured and pragmatic mindset To apply, please click Apply Now or send your CV to Paul Jarrett at View email address on click.appcast.io (Ref: 28182). #J-18808-Ljbffr Renaix Ltd
