The Role As a Breakfast Server, you are the conductor of the guest’s morning. You will be responsible for navigating a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, hospitable "on stage" persona. Key Responsibilities: Provide warm, expert service that aligns with our core purpose of "delighting every guest." Maintain deep knowledge of our breakfast and lunch menus to provide thoughtful recommendations. Execute steps of service with precision, ensuring quality and results are met at every stage. Collaborate constantly with the kitchen and fellow front-of-house staff (The Team Sport). Keep the "stage" clean and inviting by maintaining a pristine dining area. Qualifications A "Team Sport" mentality—you naturally look for ways to help others. The ability to stay "On Stage" and maintain a positive, professional demeanor during a high-volume rush.
