Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal

LHH Legal is recruiting for a highly regarded commercial litigation boutique in Austin seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys complex, high-stakes litigation and wants to work alongside accomplished trial attorneys in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

About the Opportunity

This nationally recognized litigation practice handles sophisticated commercial disputes with exposure ranging from $1 million to more than $200 million. The firm's practice includes:

• Complex business litigation
• Oil & gas disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Contract litigation
• State and federal court matters nationwide

The firm is known for its exceptional culture, long-tenured employees, and commitment to professional development. This position is open due to a strategic backfill within the paralegal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale case files and document databases
• Support all phases of discovery
• Organize and track case materials and deadlines
• Draft and assist with basic discovery requests and responses
• Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for hearings and trials
• Coordinate document production and review processes
• Support trial teams in high-profile litigation matters
• Work collaboratively with multiple attorneys across numerous cases

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Strong commercial litigation experience required
• Experience managing document-intensive matters
• Proficiency with Relativity or similar document management platforms
• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
