About the Role

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President, Platform Implementation Specialist to take on a pivotal role in leading client platform integrations and enhancing the overall experience for strategic clients in the wealth and asset management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of client platform integrations, from project planning to final rollout, and will serve as the primary project manager, ensuring the successful execution of both small and medium-scale integrations. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementation, operations, or relationship management, ideally within financial services or fintech. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams, be familiar with software-based financial platforms, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President, Platform Implementation Specialist include configuring and implementing client requirements, managing the ongoing platform experience for existing clients, and building strong client relationships to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction. The role also involves partnering with product managers to identify and deliver new platform features, driving operational improvements, and collaborating with various internal teams to resolve platform issues and ensure high-quality client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office skills, strong data analytics abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset with an interest in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Understanding of wealth management or private banking operating models, with exposure to alternative investments, is preferred, and experience with data integration projects is a plus.
