RJ Corman Railroad Group
R.J. Corman Railroad Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic guidance on people and organization development across multiple functional groups. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation and performance/compensation management, with potential on-site division visits.
