Senior Backend Software EngineerAs a Senior Backend Software Engineer on our Diagnostics team, you'll build the part of Regard that reads a patient's medical chart — labs, medications, vitals, procedures, prior notes, history — and determines which conditions are present, along with the evidence supporting each one. You'll design and develop critical backend services and drive them end-to-end through the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, execution, deployment, and iteration.Our senior engineers are true technical leaders by driving architectural decisions, mentoring teammates, and leading major projects that help set the bar for engineering excellence.
