⚡ We're Hiring: Electrical Manager ⚡

HRSD is seeking an Electrical Manager to serve as the technical authority responsible for the safe, reliable design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical assets.

As the Electrical Manager, you'll play a key leadership role by:

Providing technical oversight for electrical systems and infrastructure

Ensuring safe and reliable operation of low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems

Managing electrical maintenance and construction contracts and services

Developing and managing departmental budgets

Leading teams responsible for electrical maintenance, upgrades, and capital improvements

Providing engineering guidance throughout project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program

✔ Minimum 5 years of technical and field experience involving the design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems

✔ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, budgets, schedules, projects, and procurement activities
