Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (either Clinical Fellow or CCC’s)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build productive relationships with children, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse pediatric population
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in alignment with each student’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
