The Employee Relations Manager is critical to achieving this focus. As the Employee Relations Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources & Payroll in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures. What you bring to this role:

• Two years’ experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
