As a Risk Analyst at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of risk management programs. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our organization is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.

- Develop risk management strategies and protocols to mitigate identified risks.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management programs and make recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on all legal and regulatory requirements and ensure that the organization is compliant.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

- Provide training and support to staff on risk management best practices.

- Conduct investigations into potential risk incidents and provide recommendations for corrective action.

- Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software.

- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification is a plus.
