This Role may be a fit for you if:

● You have a current state cosmetology license

● Have a desire to learn and grow in french hairdressing, and accomplish this by attending all salon educational events and team celebrations

● You love this craft and feel intrinsically rewarded when you serve a guest well

● You want to be paid well for your talent with competitive compensation, paid vacation time and other benefits

● Feel excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other people who love this craft

● You like working and are available for retail hours (weekends, some holidays, and special events)

Responsibilities:

● Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity

● Shows up looking fashionable with a great attitude

● Will work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guests

● To maintain their style we rebook and recommend retail to every guest.

● Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members

● Help train our proteges by setting a good example and educate them during the day

● Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests
