Buyer Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to grow a buyer focused real estate business while earning rewarding commissions and gaining hands on experience alongside a growing team environment. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will continue building stronger habits around organization, consistency, and client communication. The focus is on learning through real activity while improving your ability to manage opportunities, maintain follow up, and create long term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market

• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Good communication
