Were looking for an eager-to-learn Buyer. In this role, youll be responsible for the procurement of materials supporting production. The ideal candidate has a knowledge of electronics and test equipment, server racks, and is technically minded. As a contributor in a small company, you will be expected to be a self-starter and ready to learn various buying categories, as well as effectively manage costing and procurement schedules.

Specializing in high-performance testing systems, we ensure the performance, efficiency, and reliability of cutting-edge technologies. Our automation tools help clients accelerate development, improve product quality, and reduce time to market, empowering innovation in the fields of aerospace and EVs. Requests and analyzes quotes to ensure equipment or parts are available in sufficient quantities and with acceptable lead times
Works with warehouse staff to maintain inventory records and receipt of product on time
Consults with suppliers to obtain correct equipment based on specifications
Creates new vendor accounts, establishes terms, researches and recommends new vendors
Creates and processes returns of equipment for calibration, repair or return
Creates purchasing reports weekly and monthly
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers timely and accurately
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to navigate systems and technology
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
2-4 years purchasing, equipment or electronics background preferred
~ Bachelors Degree - Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain preferred
