You'll work side by side with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and our talented care team to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a setting that values teamwork, respect, and a little bit of fun. To support your BEST work, you'll have a dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe to streamline patient care and documentation—so you can focus on what matters most: your patients. If you love building meaningful connections, making a real impact, and being part of a team that truly has your back — we can't wait to meet you.What You'll DoPhysically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.Record symptoms; update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.Order and interpret laboratory test results.Make diagnoses; analyze test data and determine need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.Develop a treatment plan that may include applicable therapies.Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health.Collaborate closely with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.What You BringMaster's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Active Texas NP license.National NP certification.Preferred Experience2+ years as a Nurse Practitioner.Background in Family Practice.Good To KnowVaccination not required.We Do NOT Disclose Vaccination Status.CompensationWe offer a highly competitive Provider compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000–$135,000 PLUS bi-weekly and quarterly performance-based bonuses.Why You'll Love It HereBecause here, you're not just a provider — you're part of a team that truly cares.
