Senior HR Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $165,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance-related HR matters with minimal direction and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  
  
• Manage and execute HR projects, including policy rollouts, employee manuals, and training initiatives.
  
  
• Supervise one direct report with potential to oversee additional team members as the department grows.
  
  
• Perform hands-on HR and operational tasks, supporting both strategic and day-to-day functions.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and ensure HR practices align with business needs.
  

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  
  
• Communicate effectively in writing, especially when drafting policies, manuals, and internal communications.
  
  
• Work independently and strategically, taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Bring experience in learning and development, training, or operations, such as general management.
  
  
• Show flexibility and adaptability in a hands-on HR role with evolving responsibilities.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  
  
• Have prior experience leading HR projects and managing compliance-related initiatives.
  
  
• Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  
  
• Speak Spanish fluently or conversationally (preferred but not required).
  
  
• Bring experience from the restaurant industry or similar operational environments
