Position Highlights :
- Full-time 12-month faculty appointment
- Lead the development of a brand new Master of Science Physician Assistant Studies program with a leading nonprofit university
- Join an entrepreneurial academic environment where your ideas, leadership, and vision shape future PA's
- Serve as the founding Program Director, provide strategic direction for curriculum development, recruitment, accreditation
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary ranging from $140,000-$200,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an ARC-PA-accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current or emeritus NCCPA certification
- Eligible for IL licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Curriculum design, program development experience
- ARC-PA accreditation expertise
- 3 years of higher education experience within an accredited PA program
- Progressive leadership experience such as Associate Program Director, Clinical Director, or Academic Coordinator
