Medical Records Director: Compliance & Care Champion

Meadowood Nursing Center

Meadowood Nursing Center is seeking a Health Information Management professional to maintain and secure patient records in accordance with CA/CMS regulations and HIPAA. You will review charts for accuracy, coordinate releases of health information, and prepare reports for inspections.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a team. You will use EHR systems and Microsoft Office to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and survey-ready,
