Strategic Account Manager - Food Ingredients (West)

Balchem is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee food manufacturing and CPG accounts in the Western United States, preferably residing in Phoenix or Salt Lake City. This role involves developing strategic account plans, managing customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with an MBA, a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.
