Plumbing Sales and Service Specialist

A great day in this role starts in a customer’s home: you listen, diagnose the plumbing issue, explain the options clearly, and earn the work. You then set our installers up to deliver a great result. Your sales can keep an established install team busy and help create the demand to grow it.

This is a field role for a service plumber who likes people as much as plumbing. You will sell larger projects for our installers, but still can execute smaller, time-sensitive tasks as necessary.

What you will do:

• Run service calls, diagnose problems, and build rapport with homeowners.
• Offer honest, understandable options and sell plumbing projects that fit the customer’s needs.
• Hand off sold projects with clear notes and expectations so our installers can do their best work.
• Complete appropriate small service and repair work yourself, safely and professionally.
• Keep accurate customer, estimate, and job information in ServiceTitan; work closely with the service and install teams.

Who will thrive here:

• At least two years of hands-on plumbing field experience, including service work, with the skill to diagnose and perform repairs.
• A natural conversational style: you ask good questions, explain technical work in plain language, and make customers feel heard.
• The drive to follow through, earn projects, and help build a steady pipeline for installers.
• Strong judgment about which work to do on the spot and which work belongs with the install team.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Journeyman licensure and ServiceTitan experience are preferred.

How we sell:

We are only interested in ethical salespeople. Misleading a customer, inventing urgency, or recommending work they do not need or want is unacceptable here. Trust is part of the job. You will have an in-house sales guidance system and a dedicated sales trainer for coaching, consistent results, and accountability.
