This role serves as the connective point across product, engineering, data, architecture, platform, security, risk, governance, and business teams to translate strategy into an integrated technical delivery plan, drive alignment across workstreams, and create accountability from roadmap through production. The position provides technical delivery leadership for a complex, multi-year AI initiative while enabling scalable execution, governance, and operational readiness across a growing ecosystem of AI-powered capabilities.Responsibilities:Own and maintain the integrated multi-year Cyan technical delivery roadmap, linking strategic objectives to capabilities, milestones, releases, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.Translate product priorities into a sequenced technical delivery plan with defined ownership, commitments, decision points, and release targets.Maintain a unified view of technical delivery status, risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions across Cyan and dependent organizations.Drive identification, escalation, and resolution of cross-functional dependencies, ownership gaps, and sequencing conflicts.Coordinate technical delivery across a hub-and-spoke operating model spanning AI platforms, shared services, product teams, and enterprise functions.Align annual strategy, roadmaps, and objectives with PI planning, sprint execution, integration milestones, release plans, and production outcomes.Establish and manage an operating cadence for cross-workstream integration, executive visibility, milestone readiness, and decision management.Coordinate pilot, launch, and scale readiness activities across testing, environments, data, observability, security, support, governance, and operational controls.Ensure prototypes and experiments are transitioned into production delivery plans with clear paths for governance, supportability, scalability, and reuse.Develop executive communications that provide concise visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, decisions, and outcomes.Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, impacts, recommendations, and maintaining decision records across organizational boundaries.Partner with enterprise planning, technical delivery, and governance stakeholders to align Cyan execution with broader organizational priorities.Continuously evolve delivery frameworks, onboarding new workstreams and capabilities while maintaining execution speed and accountability.What Are We Looking For?We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who can navigate complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive execution across organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to pursue greatness, act with integrity, remain driven to help our clients succeed, win together through partnership and accountability, and create and share joy while supporting innovation, delivery excellence, and sustainable business outcomes.Requirements:15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product technology, technology strategy, enterprise transformation, complex initiative leadership, or technical delivery.Demonstrated success coordinating large, multi-year technology initiatives involving multiple product, engineering, platform, data, risk, and business organizations.Experience building and maintaining integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependency plans, decision frameworks, release plans, OKRs, and executive reporting.Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations and driving accountability without direct reporting authority.Strong technology fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, product, and risk stakeholders.Preferences:Experience connecting Agile and scaled planning practices to business outcomes, technical delivery predictability, and production readiness.Experience providing executive-level communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and decision support for complex technology initiatives.Experience with enterprise AI, agentic AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, digital product development, or other emerging technology initiatives.Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries requiring coordination with security, risk, compliance, and governance organizations.Experience leading product or technology transformation initiatives across globally distributed teams and complex organizational environments.Pay Range: $163,900.00 - $273,100.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
