Responsibilities Leadership and Review : Providing expert leadership and proficient review to improve clinical documentation. Communication : Actively engaging with providers to clarify information and communicate documentation requirements. Rounding and Education : Performing regular rounds with physicians and providing educational opportunities. Feedback and Follow-Through : Offering timely feedback and ensuring follow-through on documentation improvements. Technology Utilization : Using Optum CDI 3D Technology and approved clarification forms. Collaboration : Working closely with HIM Coding Professionals and other teams to improve documentation processes.
