As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. ResponsibilitiesManaging, leading and building technical teams and programsDirectly working, programming and configuring security systemsDeveloping security systems governance model - standards, playbooks and workflowsDeveloping and expanding service linesIdentifying new business opportunities that expand the scopeDelivering and reporting on KPI, SLA and SLO performancesExperience in programming and configuring fully federated security system deploymentsInterface regularly with customers, partner teams, key stakeholders and technical experts.Prepare and present quarterly business reports. Report weekly, monthly and quarterly project statuses and operational performance to key stakeholders.Suggest and plan program changes, enhancements, and overall improvements that align with the organizational strategy.Manage team member performance, needs, training and development. Manage all talent acquisitions and offboarding activities. Build and manage strategic goals and operational costs budgets. Coach, mentor, train and develop team members to reach their maximum potential.QualificationsEducation/Experience:High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of electronic security systems orAssociates with 8+ years of experience orBachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience orMaster's Degree with 3+ years experienceSystem administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensionsVendor certifications for electronic systems preferredReliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customerAbility to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekendsAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUS What we offer:A collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better.
