Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday
Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Placement
About the Facility:
Join a respected Senior Living Community in Walnut Creek known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Rate Range: ? $ 55-65/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CA license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
