ServiceNow Technical Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the government and technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join their team. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will be part of the technical solutions supporting critical government operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: On-site in Washington, DC/Suitland, MD (must be local to the DC Metro Area) Clearance: Top Secret What’s the Job? Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Assess and develop technical architecture solutions, providing guidance on hardware, network products, system software, and security considerations. Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies, including declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Design and oversee programmatic solutions, security protocols, data migration, and end-to-end technical solutions outside of the ServiceNow platform. What’s Needed? Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions. 3-5+ years of relevant experience specifically as a ServiceNow Technical Architect. At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow platform. Active Top Secret Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management, Platform Architecture, and Advanced Workflows.
