Don't worry if you're a recent graduate with no experience, as we are open to considering candidates straight out of school who demonstrate a strong drive to succeed. Responsibilities: Confidently collect blood samples from patients with a smile and a joke, channeling Kevin Hart's energy and charisma. Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and answering any questions they may have. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and yourself, while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat. Utilize proper labeling and documentation techniques to accurately record and maintain patient information and sample records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide efficient and timely sample collection, while maintaining a high standard of quality. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates straight out of school who demonstrate exceptional motivation and a genuine passion for the field. Certification as a phlebotomist is a plus, but not mandatory. We believe in giving motivated individuals the opportunity to thrive. Ability to handle a workload of 8-15 patients per day with a positive attitude and efficiency. Strong communication skills, as you will be interacting closely with patients and healthcare professionals.
