Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory assessments-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to prescribed protocols.
• Ensure result integrity by analyzing findings, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all procedures with precision, mentor new hires or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality laboratory standards.
• Uphold a tidy, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
