Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and complex clinical lab tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results critically for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and process samples for analysis when required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workplace while complying with both regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Certification must remain current throughout employment.
