This is a fantastic entry-level position with immense room to grow within the department and the dealership. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to greet customers with a smile, assist service advisors, and support management as needed. As a vital point of contact for our valued customers, excellent customer service skills are a must. Applicants should be comfortable with dynamic tasks ranging from moving vehicles and standing/walking for extended periods to navigating digital systems. Maintaining a clean driving record for the last ten years is required. At Coastal, our mission is to ensure that every individual—including our staff—receives the best dealership experience possible. Join us in our commitment to excellence! Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and work directly with them to ensure a smooth visit. Pull customer vehicles up promptly when they are ready. Vehicle Logistics: Tag and bag vehicles for advisors. Move cars safely and efficiently around the lot, drive vehicles off-site for body shop transfers, or shuttle customers safely to their homes. New Inventory Management: Perform new car check-ins and thorough walk-arounds upon arrival. Workflow Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Used Car Manager to maintain an efficient used car flow through the shop. Coordinate and keep accurate track of our loaner vehicle fleet. Advisor & Administrative Support: Assist service advisors with checking customers in/out and follow up on quotes via phone and email. Contact extended warranty companies to verify coverage and process claims. Team Flexibility: Support service advisors and management with various tasks as needed. At any point in time, you may be asked to handle duties that assist with the overall success of the dealership, and you are expected to be flexible. Qualifications: Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean 10-year driving record. Tech Savvy: Must be highly computer proficient and comfortable operating the various digital apps and internal management systems we use daily. Soft Skills: Strong customer service, communication (phone/email), and interpersonal skills. Professionalism: Professional appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and a positive attitude. Pace & Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for extended periods. Background: Successful completion of a background check and ability to pass a drug test.
