Kitchen Supervisor

Overview As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing and supporting the back‑of‑house staff, ensuring smooth closing procedures, managing the prep list, and assisting with closing duties. Responsibilities Manage expo operations to ensure efficient and timely food delivery Execute closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen for the next shift Supervise and support hourly staff members, providing guidance and assistance as needed Maintain and update the prep list to ensure adequate inventory for upcoming shifts Complete closing tasks and ensure kitchen readiness for the next day Continuously check ingredient quality and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Monitor kitchen operations to uphold quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a cohesive work environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays Strong kitchen experience Kitchen team supervisory experience preferred Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors Benefits WEEKLY PAY!
