Your leadership inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs, while ensuring robust governance and disciplined project management throughout the product lifecycle.Job responsibilitiesHands-on management of the product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets, for Access experiences using data to support decision makingLeads the product lifecycle adherence through budgeting, planning, execution, and future development by continuously monitoring business targets such as cost, features adoption, and reliability to support growthInfluences and manages global senior stakeholders across the payments ecosystem, driving change and alignment in complex matrixed organizationsEstablishes and maintains strong product governance frameworks, staying in the details to ensure compliance with internal and external processes across teams Drive successful delivery of complex product initiatives using best-in-class project management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation, particularly in payments and cash management Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications with a strong focus on payments and transaction bankingKnowledge of Payments and Transaction Banking industriesKnowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics, and governance frameworksProven ability to influence and drive adoption of key product life cycle activitiescusing dataExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsExceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive change, lead cross functional teams, and deliver products from conception to launchExcellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences Deep knowledge of payments, cash management, global transaction banking, liquidity, and receivablesAccustomed to working with agile and iterative development methodologies, starting with design thinkingProven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within payments or a related fieldExperience with business intelligence, data analytics, and vendor management Experience leading across multiple product areas, with a track record of successful governance and project management JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
