Payments-ACH Product Executive Director

As a Product Director in Domestic Payments & Gaming, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. You leverage advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation, inspiring cross‑functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. Job Responsibilities Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets. Lead the entire product life cycle, continuously adapting and developing new products, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth. Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives. Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Drive stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and senior leadership, aligning outcomes, negotiating trade‑offs, and ensuring timely decisions and communication throughout delivery. Define and track OKRs/KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, conversion, SLA/latency, defect rate, NPS, revenue/cost‑to‑serve), using data and experimentation to prioritize the backlog and continuously improve product performance. Partner with go‑to‑market and change management including launch planning, training/readiness, documentation, and post‑launch support to drive adoption and measurable business impact. Periodic travel required. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications. Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics. Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions. Preferred Qualifications Recognized thought leader within a related field. Proven project management experience, self‑directed, able to work independently and within groups. Strong team building and influencing skills.
