Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. You are expected to uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's purpose and values, articulating them in a meaningful way.Responsibilities- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients- Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance financial decision-making processes- Providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive operational efficiency- Leading teams in the development of financial solutions that optimize client financial performance- Utilizing financial management software to conduct complex data analysis and generate data-driven insights- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their financial needs- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in financial analysis and management- Conducting financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic objectives and decision-making- Developing and overseeing the deployment of data visualization solutions to improve financial reporting- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimizationWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Utilizing financial data mining for strategic insights- Excelling in complex data analysis and visualization- Demonstrating proficiency in financial forecasting and modeling- Managing operational performance with advanced software tools- Leading process optimization and performance analysis initiatives- Embracing change and fostering innovation in financial management- Developing and mentoring teams in financial planning and analysisTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
