Assistant Fund Controller

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Fund Controller to support the Fund Controller in managing the daily accounting and financial operations of our investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Assist with NAV calculations, investor allocations, and fee computations.
- Help prepare investor reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and external service providers.
- Support process improvements and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6-7 years of fund accounting or private Equity experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
