Chiropractic Assistant & Internal Marketing Lead

About Align Health Center
Align Chiropractic is a growing, results-driven practice in West Chester. We help people move better, feel better, and stop chasing temporary fixes. Our patients come to us for chiropractic care, shockwave therapy, and advanced thermal imaging, and every visit starts at our front desk.
The Role
This is a two-part role. At the front desk, you are the first face our patients see and the last one they talk to before they leave. Behind the scenes, you lead internal marketing: making sure every patient in our office knows what’s coming up and wants to be part of it. We need someone who is warm, organized, creative, and quick on their feet.
What You’ll Do
Patient Check-In
- Greet and check in patients with energy and genuine care
- Schedule and confirm appointments and keep the day running on time
- Check out patients, collect payments, and book their next visit
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries promptly
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
Internal Marketing
- Work within our six-week marketing cycle alongside our Marketing Director
- Plan upcoming in-office events and patient engagement strategies
- Make sure every event and promotion is communicated clearly across the office, from the front desk to the adjusting room
- Drive patient participation and attendance at our events
- Track what’s working and bring new ideas to raise engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Upbeat, confident communicator who loves working with people
- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Creative thinker who enjoys planning events and rallying people around them
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and social media
- Healthcare, front desk, or marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 7:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 to 7:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Weekends off
