Certified Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Personal Trainer for our Goshen location in Linway Plaza to help grow our Personal Training department in a creative, upbeat atmosphere. Position: Certified Personal Trainer Responsibilities Motivate and train members in 1:1 sessions and collaborate with group trainers to create live group training environments Match Anytime Fitness personal training programs with members\' goals and abilities Conduct fitness consultations to establish member goals Track, monitor, and report each member\'s progress and continue an ongoing personal training regimen Foster ongoing education for each member and build long-term relationships Qualifications Current CPR, AED, and personal training certification(s) are required; a current nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM or ACE) is required Previous personal training experience in a fitness facility or private training environment is preferred Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with people Desire to continually learn new principles in training, fitness, health, and nutrition Hands-on experience in corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention is a plus Benefits Robust compensation plan for training sold and sessions rendered Guaranteed hourly administrative time plus ongoing commissions Future career opportunities within multiple Anytime Fitness locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
